Shipping & Delivery
All timelines below are estimates in business days (Mon–Fri) and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Cost
- E-bikes: Free shipping.
- Accessories: A small fee of $5–$10 may apply depending on your location.
Order Processing
- Most in-stock orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 3–5 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Once shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking link.

- Shipped from designated warehouse: 9–25 business days (varies by location and inventory site).
Remote & Excluded Areas: Transit to remote addresses may take longer. We currently do not ship to certain outlying or special regions (including the Canary Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
Pre-Order Items
Total delivery time = the estimated ship date shown on the product page + the standard delivery time for your region (see above).
Important Reminder
Please keep the original packaging and all inner materials for at least 30 days after delivery. This is required for any potential repairs or returns.
Shipping Issues
1) Delayed or Missing Packages
- If your order does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date.
2) Returned Packages
- We will first confirm the parcel has arrived back at our overseas warehouse before arranging reshipment.
- If a return is caused by late pickup or an incorrect address, additional fees may apply for redelivery or refund processing.
3) “Delivered” but Not Received
- Email us within 3 calendar days of the delivery notification so we can open a carrier investigation.
- Please also check with neighbors or building staff and review any available security footage.
4) Damaged or Missing Items
- Take clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and SKU label, and record a full, unedited unboxing video.
- If parts are missing or damaged, we will prioritize replacements or compensation after verification.
Tracking
- You will receive a tracking link via email after your order ships. You can also log in to your account to view status updates.
Address Changes
- Before a tracking number is generated, contact us to modify address or specifications.
- After shipment, changes are not possible due to carrier restrictions (additional fees may apply for any exception handling).
Final Notes
- All delivery times are estimates. Weather, customs clearance, capacity constraints, and sales peaks may affect actual transit time.
- We work closely with logistics partners to minimize delays and keep you informed.
