How to Measure Your Inseam

This is the most important measurement for a safe and comfortable fit. Do not use your pants size.

  1. Stand barefoot with your back against a wall.
  2. Place a large hardcover book (or clipboard) firmly up between your legs, simulating a bike saddle.
  3. Measure from the top edge of the book straight down to the floor.
  4. This is your Inseam. It ensures you have safe "Standover Height" at stops.

Why This E-Bike Finder Works

Generic size charts often fail because they only use your total height. Our finder is more accurate because it uses the two most important measurements for a commuter:

  • Your Inseam (Binnenbeenlengte): This determines your "Standover Height"—the most critical factor for safety. It ensures you can comfortably stand over your bike at a traffic light without injury.
